This neckplate cushion is the perfect companion to your standard Fender (4) mounting screw hole neckplate. Wood types used in manufacturing instruments vary in hardness. This neckplate cushion helps protect the finish of your instrument from damage during installation and usage by padding the surface between the instrument finish and the hard metal neckplate shielding it against cracking and denting under pressure. No mounting hardware included.
